Howard Wooldridge wore the badge of law enforcement for more than 18 years. He was a co founder of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. Howard is a long rider, world traveler and visits the offices of the US Congress on a regualar basis. He just returned from a 6 week tour of Europe.
