Plus, the UN’s Commission on Narcotic Drugs held an intersessional meeting to discuss progress in international drug control. We hear from delegates representing Switzerland, Bolivia, and Colombia, also from Tuari Potiki with the New Zealand Drug Foundation and Nicholas Boyce with the Canadian Drug Policy Coalition and the Vienna NGO Committee.
