This week on Century of Lies: #CND68 Part One. The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs held its Sixty-Eighth Session in Vienna, Austria March 10 through 14. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to hear some highlights from the CND 68. On this edition of Century we hear presentations by Bolivian Vice President David Choquehuanca Céspedes; Ambassador Carl Hallergård, the European Union’s Head of Delegation to the International Organisations in Vienna; Elina Steinerte, Vice Chair of the UN Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture; Emily Christie, Senior Adviser, Human Rights and Law at UNAIDS; and civil society representatives from the Harm Reduction International and the International Drug Policy Consortium.
